• Unlock return potential within the film package by advising on strategic decisions.
• Guide producers through the complex intricacies of meeting the stringent funding requirements of institutional investors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to insure that deals run smoothly, timeously and move through to completion.
• Assist producers in every aspect of the film financing process

In terms of the financing process, many options are available to bring together Production and/or P&A funding for a credible and proven team.

Typical structures may involve a combination of:

• Debt or Equity ($50m to $100m or more for fund-based structures)
• Tax Credit collateralization ($5 to $10m)
• GAP Financing on Minimum Guarantees (up to $5m depending on deal size)
• Print and Advertising Funding collateralization (up to $30m)
• 3D Conversion and Post Production (up to $5m)
