Due to the highly risky nature of the film industry, certain minimum requirements have been put in place to mitigate risks and work towards a high confidence level of exceeding preferred returns.

These are:

• Minimum of US Distribution with a Major, Worldwide distribution a distinct advantage
• Producer with a track record of success
• A-list cast
• Strong International Sales estimates from a recognised sales company
• Completion bond arranged
