Mark Butler - Executive Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs

Mark Butler has a diverse background that includes years of entertainment law practice, extensive film production, film development, public relations, and marketing experience.

Butler’s early career in the entertainment industry began working on such shows as Baywatch, Touched by an Angel, and Promised Land as well as various movies of the week and mini-series. He went on to gain talent agency and development experience at Cunningham, Escott and Dipene, Abrams Artists Agency and Platform Entertainment.

Butler holds a law degree from the University of California at Davis and counsels clients in the entertainment industry. He also teaches law and entertainment classes at several southern California universities. Butler is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Butler now joins Nathan Stevenson to propel Strutt Film forward in structuring, managing and developing investments for a pipeline of motion pictures.
